PhD in education from the University of Oulu, Finland. PhD studies were related to teachers' professional competence development. Specialised in developing teachers' professional competence with the help of ICT and reflective feedback from colleagues. The Focal Point for the Finnish National Network of Minority Groups' Educationi Coordinators since 2006. There are more than 40 cities in the Network including the Ministry of Education, the Finnish National Board of Education, the Trade Union of Education and the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities.
