Sweta currently works as an Associate at Palaash Ventures where her work entails from deal sourcing to closure of investment and post investment support. She has been previously associated with a Venture Capital firm named Axon Capital in Spain. During her tenure at Axon she did due diligence of more than 15 companies mainly in automobile, cleantech and IT sector . She was also involved in one deal closure of $ 3 million with an IT company in India
She has done her Bachelors of Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and pursued her Master in Finance (Ranked No. 2 in world for finance course) from Europe’s prestigious B-school, IE Business School (Madrid, Spain).
