Dr. R.S.Dongre did his post graduation from Department of Chemistry, Rashtrasant Tukadoji
Maharaj Nagpur University in 1996 and obtained Ph. D. in 2010. Research background of
synthetic organic chemistry, especially metal chelates catalyzed aerobic oxidations & Water
Pollution research e.g., Defluoridation Process, Nitrate, Phosphate Lead (II) Mitigation from
