My responsibility is daily shift wise line process audit, get some observations and non conformance, part verification in SMD and THT machine, line part verification as per spec data, control and avoid wrong loading of part in every stage, after assembly check all functional failure passed data, check part quality and expiry date as per self life procedure,check all documents for latest revision, check operator job record and certified for that job, after final assembly check sampling verification according to product quantity, if any major problem found then hold the product from first stage, make the Pareto chart for all type of defects, monthly communication presentation file making, ...
