• Conduct daily briefing & periodic de-briefing which enables to communicate & discuss the operational day-to-day developments. • Responsible for the smooth functioning of the department, which includes Inpatient Reception, Outpatient services, Health Checkup desk, Inventory, taking over the mantle of the entire department. • Works closely with the, Medical Director & CMD to ensure smooth process resulting in total customer satisfaction. • To train and monitor all FOEs continuously on the process flow, communication, grooming and handling patient care issues. • Providing intra – department training to the team members. • Formulate duty roster based on requests / leaves of team members.. ...
