Every human being has different body composition, have different digestive abilities and come from different background (place, eating habits, family history of medical issues, personal history). It is very important to address to the root cause of the problem (wt. gain/loss/ high cholesterol/hormonal imbalance) etc. After the evaluation of all the above, an Ayurvedic treatment schedule is made which is practical and easy to follow. My Aim is to educate my clients/ patients about healthy eating habits so that they can maintain
