Ramachandar Siva has been involved in the gaming industry since 1988. He began his career as a Management Trainee at the Casino De Genting. Upon serving 5 years in table games operations he moved up the ranks to assume the position of Casino Shift Manager. Due to his keen interest in Training & Development, in 1993 he was chosen to head the Casino Training & Development Department which became the Human Resources nerve centre for the Genting Group. In addition to training and planning tasks for the 6,000 strong casino staff, in 1996, the task of heading the Manpower & Planning Department was assigned to Rama.
