These are all various places to create on. From the minuscule point of a skewer, you have a canvas to create on. A platform from which to bring forth an abundance of color and creativity and flavor in one bite. The tabletop gives you space and the opportunity for depth and three dimensional expression. The visual, the scents, the tastes; all stroking the senses. A plate can be the most personal of canvases; allowing creativity, flair and an insight into the very soul of the artist.
