• Handle Safety and Compliance for 1200+ power units and trailers • Plan and coordinate Safety meetings • Review all CSA records and implement changes when needed • Inspect tractors and Trailers for DOT compliance • Oversee DOT random schedule • Responsible for overhauling companies training and orientation program • Perform Safety inspections on terminals • Manage Road side inspections • Manage approved vendor sites • Familiar with Supervision, Rair log auditing system, Compliance Pak, TPI and TransFlo • Sit on the accident review committee • Strong Agent Relations via site visits, email, phone.
