Ravi Deka is a pioneer in the field of Fuel Oil Emulsification in India. His Consultancy and Technology Development firm R.A.D.E Initiative is based in the West Indian State of Goa. Ravi is actively involved in various Industrial Fuel conservation efforts and technologies and also actively trying to promote Clean Coal & Coal value-Addition Technologies.
