Major Responsibilities:
o Overseeing all the accounting, financial, legal and compliance's.
o Preparing Annual Budget, Monitoring Budget vs. Actual & Cash flow for the company.
o Financial modeling and costing for the company.
o Forecasting of Income and expenses.
o Managing the funds, Investments and loans.
o Liaison with Board Members, Auditors, Bank, Legal Consultants and with the Govt. Departments.
o Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the CEO & Board Members.
o Approval of expenses, and finalization of accounts.
o Preparing various Donor reports as per their format and timeline.
o Scrutiny of the ledger in Tally software and Xero online accounting software.
