Born in Azerbaijan in 1971 and a graduate from Azerbaijan University of Languages and Russian Law Institute. Served military in Russian Army. I started my civil society activity in 1999, which continues until now. 2004-2006 active in politics and ran for 2005 Parliamentary elections.
Traveled to more than 40 countries across the world. Got awarded tens of diplomas and certificates from around the world.
The most valuable for me is a graduation diploma from Columbia University in New York City, from School of International and Public Affairs, the Picker Center for Executive Education, which I managed through the Ford Motor Company Fund Fellowship of the 92-nd Street Y.
