About
I'm the Product Manager for Mobile at Haptik, a platform for businesses to provide support to their users via messaging. Think Whatsapp, but for customer support. I look after the UX for the mobile apps, and developed the Android app end-to-end.
I'm also a Google Developer Expert for UX/Design, a role through which I mentor and guide other developers across all platforms, teaching them best practices and working closely with a few startups on their products.
