• Evaluate production and operating costs of over 1600 wells across all of Wexpro’s oil and gas fields • Identify opportunities for increasing productivity and/or decreasing operating costs • Design and implement production solutions (e.g. soap injection, plunger lift, compression, etc.) • Co-lead a well optimization committee tasked at analyzing and optimizing troubled wells • Address a liquid loading problem in one of Wexpro’s top producing fields
