I am the founder and principal investigator of the Conservation Biogeography Lab (CB-Lab). In the Lab we study the effects of global changes on the distribution of life on Earth and develop cost-effective solutions to reduce biodiversity loss. Our mission is to to undertake research and capacity building delivering scientifically-based and policy-relevant solutions for biodiversity conservation. We also collaborate broadly with the Brazilian government at different levels to facilitate policy-relevant applications of conservation decision analysis.
