With over 14 years of experience in intranet, information management and learning space. I currently provide end-to-end consulting in the intranet and digital workplace space including research, strategy, information architecture, user experience, design, usability and governance. Working for a diverse range of clients in the energy, government, university and large corporate environments, my strengths lie in quickly understanding the organisational environment and coming up with practical yet innovative solutions. I also manage the Brisbane chapter of the Intranet Leadership Forum (a professional membership for intranet managers and their teams).
