I am just honest about my work.whenever i got stuck in any problem I just try until I get appropriate solution.I like to solve new problem.My best desire is to know something new everyday and include in my working project that's why I like to get more problems everyday. I don't know why people who are elder then me ;come to me for solution of their personal meter. I feel very happy whenever I help anyone.I like team work and I respect all the team members as well as their opinion.whenever I act as a team leader I divide all the responsibilities into many small parts so that my team member find more easier way to solve problems.
