*Represent the Army National Guard (ARNG) personnel community at Congressional, Department of Defense (DoD), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), National Guard Bureau (NGB), Army-wide and Army National Guard-wide conferences, symposia and working groups.
*Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the program, and gather detailed information used in the development of new methodology, criteria.
