Rey has being a manager for more than 14 years, having worked in past positions that include: Team Leader, Field manager, Offshore Operation Director, VP of Operations, Project and Staffing Coordinator, Business Developer & Consultant for Call Centers and IS business in Latin America. Rey have also managed large group of staff on call center projects for clients within the Health Care, Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Retail, Food & Beverage, IT and Internet industry in Panama, Costa Rica, The Dominican Republic and Switzerland.
