Roger Ricardo Gonzalo Segura is Lupaca and Aimara citizen from Peru. He is Professor of Andine Languages at Pontificia Universidad Católica in Peru. He has a deep interest in the study of Andine and Amazone languages, the history of its peoples, the national reality, politics, education and ecology.
