Deputed to Eurocopters, Germany, in 1986 for the Design and Development of the Indigenous Advanced Light Helicopter (Dhruva) by the Government of India. First flight of Dhruva (ALH) was in 1992 thus successfully completing the project. Project of this magnitude usually takes ten years or more for completion.
Also developed several variants of ALH, viz., Army, Navy, Air-force, Civilian, etc.
Eradicated Y2K bug from the SABRE (World's largest online reservation system) Tour Applications (1997-98) for the Single Destination Reservation System. Used "Agile Computing" concepts and reduced the time to completion from 2 Years to 4 months, when Agile computing was unheard of in 1997. Agile man...
