I am a hardworking person and I do not please people around me. I just do my job the best I could. The best compliment for me is seeing my students or understudy succeed or do well in their respective careers. More than the pay, I hope that the place I work in and people I work with, are true to the Vision-Mission of their institution and its culture is daily built, together with both rank-and-file and administrators, on the charism of the Founders.
