Over a year's experience working in Customer Service, dealing with people via the telephone, email and face to face.
My plans are to eventually work for myself,I have several ideas in the pipeline that I hope to flesh out in 2009.
I'm currently looking at getting back into the IT field, however still looking at side projects, just in case my main line of work dries up.
