I started lecturing at Makerere University in 2000 todate . In 2003 I started Major Communication Consultants (MAJOR ) with the aim of providing human resource management and communication solutions to organizations. MAJOR has currently worked with over 50 large and medium sized companies in Uganda and the East African region.
