My life, good or bad has given me the blessing of having massive perspective. I feel without perspective you can never truly appreciate what you have, nor what you have been through & had to fight for. I’ve learnt to change the things I have the power to change, and to not dwell on those that I cannot, and I don’t beat myself up about those things anymore. Significant challenges have taught me to focus on what simple pleasures life brings and to live for today. I am still a devout perfectionist because my personality, career and clients demand that of me, but life really is too short.
