Richard has completed his National Diploma Information Technology in 1997 from Technikon Pretoria. Richard is fully TOGAF9 certified. He has 15 years of experience in IT that includes processes & compliance (ITIL, COBIT & SOX), databases (administration and design), development and infrastructure. In his current capacity Richard is improving the current Enterprise Architecture capacity by streaming, documenting and introducing new processes, methods, artifacts and deliverables.
