I am technically very strong, however enjoy tackling new challenges, so I am focusing on building upon new skill areas which I am currently fortunate to be exposed to such as Product Owner, and Line management skills. I have previously been exposed to interviewing 20-30 candidates for developer and Architect roles. I have also been a scrum master, technical lead, and team leader (team leader having line management functions).
