I'm the author of "The IT Consultant", based on 25 years as a consultant and manager of IT project teams. Based on the concepts detailed in my book, I train IT professionals and consultants in skills like communication, facilitation, negotiation and persuasion. My course "Consulting Skills for IT Professionals" has been presented to thousands of IT experts across the U.S. and in China, Japan, Germany, Sweden, UK, and Singapore.
Im a technical program manager and consultant, and a manager of project and consulting teams. At Intel, my team created the Intel Solutions Project Methodology. I led Intel consultants worldwide delivering a $40M Portfolio of complex data-center and software pro.
