Born & raised on Long Island, NY (East Meadow). Moved to McKinney, TX (North Dallas suburbs) in 2005. Recently moved to the Atlanta, GA area with (or for) that same company that took me from NY to TX.
5 years ago if you had asked me if I thought I'd ever move from Long Island I would have said "no way". It turned out to be the best thing we ever did. I miss TX a thousand times more than Long Island though, and I only lived there for 2 years.
