For over a decade now, I have run a service company (at director level) and enjoyed the accelerated learning curves, adapting to change, meeting incredibly interesting people and gaining an understanding of the world that is varied and unique to those who try to 'go it alone'.
Through those experiences I have been lucky to be able to 'cherry pick' the most valuable formal training to further my personal development and that of the companies I have worked in.
There are many more challenges to meet and I look forward to them all.
