I am an experienced policy and regulatory specialist and I have delivered regulatory strategy and implementation advice in Australia and around the world to governments, national regulators, firms and vendors for nearly 30 years. My research focuses on anomalies in the Federal regulation of businesses involved in networks and financial services. I have a particular interest in the role of competition regulation. My core expertise is in networked industries and the financial services sectors, where I have deep and extensive technology, regulatory and commercial expertise. I am an accredited mediator and have acted as an expert witness in proceedings in Australia and in other jurisdictions.
