Robert is co-CEO of Redington, which advises large pension funds around the world. Redington believes there is a way to solve the pensions challenge, and that it involves bringing together great minds in conversation, as well as connecting unlikely dots to provide new and better ways for pension funds to reach their goals. Robert started his career at Deutsche Bank before joining Merrill Lynch in 2003 where he was a Director in their Insurance and Pensions Solutions Group.
