I am mostly dedicated to international transactions and investments, with a strong focus on China. My practice covers company and business law, FDI and Joint Ventures, agency, distributorships and franchising agreements, e-commerce, international litigation and arbitration. I assist Italian companies doing business overseas and foreign companies investing in Italy and Europe.
