The "entitlement" attitude of todays young workforce disturbs me (i.e. - "I'm here, you owe me a paycheck, and WHAT? You want me to WORK while I'm here?") I've always been a strong believer that children should be reared with a healthy work ethic from a young age (just ask my kids!). Regardless of your career field, sound customer service and simple manners could quite possibly rule the world!
