Rob Hoeks has a broad educational background in tax. He graduated in tax law from Leiden University and also completed the program in fiscal economics at Fontys Institute for Business Administration and Economics in Eindhoven. In addition, he followed the course offered by the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB). Following a number of work placements, including placements at Loyens & Loeff in Curaçao, he joined Arthur Andersen – the office that became part of Deloitte Belastingadviseurs BV in mid 2002 – as a tax advisor in 2001.
