I am currently a student of Human Resource Development Management. At this moment, i am searching for ways to enhance the skills, knowledge, and values i learned from my previous experience as an HR OJT. i have not explored all HR facets but i guess, i am really into HR recruitment because i love meeting new people and interacting with them.
