Rosina Pérez Aguirre has a Ph. D. in Education (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), a Master in School Management (Universidad Católica del Uruguay), she is also a Science Professor -Physics and Chemistry -( Universidad Católica de Chile). As a professional with a vast experience in teacher training through ICT-based strategies, and current perspectives of teaching and learning, she works as Professor at the Universidad Católica del Uruguay and she is also a consultant for several public and private institutions.
