Rossemary has experience in climate change and environmental policy, project management, monitoring and evaluation, public policy advisory and sustainable development. Throughout her work she has conducted fieldwork, utilized qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and engaged with public and private institutions, as well as bilateral and multilateral agencies. She has worked in Peru, South Korea and the United States, studied in the Netherlands, and traveled in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
