My name is Roy, from Hong Kong. I am studying MSc Management in Strategy at the University of Birmingham and am also invited writing a book chapter (on my research area in innovation and sustainability of business) with my esteemed colleagues in Hong Kong. 

My native language is Cantonese and English, with social level of Mandarin. Before studying at the University of Birmingham, I worked as a Human Resource Assistant of a private listed company in Hong Kong for 6 months. One of my main responsibilities was to collect the job applications and screen resumes based on the job specification.
