I have 12 years experience in mapping people to processes using CRM systems, now specialiasing in Microsoft CRM and the integration of this with bespoke ERP systems and SharePoint. I work proactively with the product team in Redmond to advise and shape the future releases of CRM through holding feedback sessions directly betwen the MS product team and our customers.
