Gazing into my past, valuing my parents’ efforts to raise a curious learner, I realize there is still so much to learn. Renee and Linnea ground me in my life and work, helping me become an honest and centered husband and father. I traveled a long, all-embracing journey that has led me to enjoy the classroom, whether with adults or children. I love to be a co-learner, collaborating with other people in the quest to understand. However, I remain uncertain about the future because there is much work to be done and sometimes we struggle finding a path through the forest. I am hopeful our children learn to improve the world for their children and I want to help make that a reality.
