Two limitations have been identified (only two organizations have been considered and only 28 people have gathered the responses). However, the findings of chosen paper got full support from prior and new literature, and it has been concluded that the findings can be applied to all organizations. It has been suggested that more efforts have been done by taking multiple organizations from different industries in order to make worthwhile conclusion.]]>
