I spent my childhood in Gapan with my Grand Aunt where we lived in an antique wooden house surronded by trees and vegetable garden. I eat pandesal with kesong puti with carabao's milk for breakfast and my favorite sinigang is sinigang sa sampalok with gabi na pork and sinigang sa bayabas na pork with buto-buto. Yummy! I studied in Manila when I was 6 and from then on just go to Gapan for special occassions. I love the lechon every fiesta and the malagkit na kalamay, pastillas and leche flan with dayap. I was thin as a teenager and wanted to be a model and a dancer but my parents who are strict did not encourage me so
