A Study on Contemporary Technical Trends of Web Journalism Be it an academic scholar or a professional aspirant, anybody who want to be successful or achieve excellence in the field of web journalism should keep track of the changing processes and practices that the online world is going through. With this dissertation paper I have tried to sketch out the whole idea and process of Online Journalism in the current context, and shed light on some contemporary technological trends. With this I have also explored online media habits of the audience. So to popularize this medium of connectivity among the masses in the developing country the author explained the very concept of WiFi along with its usage in a lucid way. The author also presented his take on the recent political boom of "Free WiFi" in India and dug inside to reveal the truth.
