I paint self-portraits every now and then of who I think I am that day. The words change and the pictures show that I am a guy whose flesh and blood are made of adjectives and verbs. I can't explain myself to anyone who asks me what or who I am; there are so many words in me that I can't choose the few that will define me so completely that anyone can open up the dictionary and learn and teach my soul as if I were nothing more complex than a common noun. My words cannot be set in stone
