I've seen the world in many different lights and, just as with a human face, discovered that some lights will make you fall in love and others will make you vomit. I like to find pretty places to read and to think. I grew up where almost all places were like that. There aren't many where I live now. I didn't spend my childhood in my home. It was a home, but not mine. I love the place, but I will probably never go back. I have a home of my own too, where I can't be. I guess that's what it means to be truly free.
