The R&D unit focuses on Business Support Systems software product development for telecom operators. The technological competences of the unit relate to web front-end development, Web Service APIs and high-throughput back-end systems based on message queues and big data architectures. I am responsible for ramping up the site, establishing the development teams, resourcing and competence management, budgeting - and overall management of the R&D operations and development projects.
