During my career my personal development has been key for me. I have always been triggered by the different training I have done. Especially by the ones that helped me to develop my communication and consultative selling skills. As a people manager and as a rugby coach I get fully energized by the fact that I help individuals and teams to develop and improve. By doing so, I always learn new things myself as well.
