Starner has been involved in professional economic development in public, corporate and public/private organizations for over 25 years, and is currently President of Blue Springs Economic Development Corporation (EDC) where he has worked since April 2005. Brien’s educational and professional experience is supported with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Political Science from William Jewell College, a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation through the International Economic Development Council, and completion of professional curriculum through the Institute for Organization Management operated by the US Chamber of Com
