I have been working in Japanese cultural events for seven years. It was due to my involvement running events with Clubs and Societies while in Dublin City University I decided to go into Event Management and do a Postgraduate Diploma in Cultural Event Management in the Institute of Art and Design and Technology in Dun Laoghaire.I have a BA degree in Culture and Society which will stand to me. I am very active with the Experience Japan Festival which is supported by Dublin City Council and the Embassy of Japan. My main role with the festival is promoting Japanese pop culture.
